How to take it
- Daily: Two gummies a day, chewed well.
- Heads up: This product contains high levels of several micronutrients. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding (vitamin A). Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B6 or biotin. High biotin intake can interfere with laboratory blood tests - tell your doctor if you take this product.
