2. Status of this website
Our website is currently under construction. We are reviewing and updating product descriptions, images, amounts and other content, so individual details may be temporarily incomplete or out of date. For dietary supplements, the information on the product label and packaging (ingredients, amounts, dosage, age recommendation and warnings) is always decisive. If something looks outdated or wrong to you, please tell us at info@gummily.de; we will gladly check it before you order.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer. By completing the order process you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in your basket. The automatic confirmation that we have received your order is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer, in particular by dispatching the goods or by sending you a dispatch confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs, where they apply, are not included in the product price. They are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you submit your order. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The price shown in the order process at the time of your order applies. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or fees of the destination country may apply and are not included.
5. Delivery
We ship with DHL, Deutsche Post and DPD to Germany and to the other countries offered at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown in the order process. Details, including the thresholds for free shipping, are in our Shipping policy. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. This is longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Natur Commerz GmbH, Alte Tölzer Str. 7, 82544 Deining-Egling, Germany, email: info@gummily.de) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement. You may use our withdrawal form for this. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. Please therefore return dietary supplements only unopened and sealed. The complete conditions are set out in our Return and refund policy.
7. Legal guarantee (Gewährleistung)
The statutory legal guarantee applies to all goods you buy from us. The legal guarantee of conformity lasts at least two years from delivery of the goods. Please report defects as soon as possible at info@gummily.de and include proof of purchase. The official EU notice on the legal guarantee is on our page Legal guarantee (Gewährleistung).
8. Product information and health notice
- Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicinal products and do not replace medical treatment.
- Dietary supplements are no substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the packaging.
- Keep out of the reach of small children, and observe the age recommendation on the packaging.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before use.
- Check the ingredient and allergen information on the packaging before you consume a product.

10. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country in which you live.
