International Shipping (Outside Germany)

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier used. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Period You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unused, sealed, and in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs The buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Non-Refundable Delivery Costs Please note that in the event of a refund, we only refund the product cost (item price). The original delivery costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in any case.
Failed Delivery & Non-Pickup It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address and to monitor the tracking information. If a delivery fails and the package is returned to us due to:

The customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or

The customer failing to pick up the package from a package shop/pick-up point within the carrier's specified storage period,
the original delivery costs and the resulting return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
