Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Natur Commerz GmbH, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can notify us of your withdrawal via email at info@gummily.de.

Refund Conditions

The refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction.

Important Refund Policy Details:

  • Product-Only Refund: Please note that in any case of a refund, we only refund the product cost. The original delivery costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Failed Delivery & Non-Pickup: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and monitor the shipment. If a delivery fails and the package is returned to us because:

    1. The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or

    2. The customer failed to pick up the package from a package shop/pick-up point within the required timeframe, the delivery and return shipping costs will be explicitly deducted from your refund amount.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the goods must meet the following criteria:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are unused, sealed, and undamaged.

A return is excluded in the following cases:

  • For goods that were custom-made according to customer specifications.

  • For goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable goods or goods whose expiration date has passed).

  • For goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • For goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returning Goods

In the event of a return, you bear the costs and risk of the return shipment. Please send the goods to the following address:

We assume no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking, insurance for the value of the goods, and proof of shipment. Without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of shipment, no refund can be issued.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the goods. The voucher will be issued once the returned goods have been received by us.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund (minus non-refundable delivery costs) will be issued directly to the gift giver.
